1) just curious... why not use <cfif URL.showAll GTE 25> and omit the
<cfelse> rather than have an empty condition?

2) is URL.showAll a numeric value or a boolean?  at one point you set
it as "YES"... but in your conditional you're evaluating whether or
not it's less than 25?
