Hi Mike, Our ShadoCMS (www.straker.co.nz) has comprehensive Multi-language support which enables client to run sites (very easily)in many sites and has integration with third party (human) translation management systems. We use a parallel multi-lingual architecture which makes it significantly easier to maintain many languages.
For an example look at www.newzealand.com/travel which runs 7 languages in parallel.
