Yes, GA can figure this out. We use GA on the Fusebox site - which is,
of course, a Fusebox application - and it works really well.

You can - optionally - specify slightly different JS for the GA
tracker code if you want "labeled" pages instead of URLs. We use the
fuseaction as the label...
