While we are no longer offering ColdFusion MX 6.1 via electronic delivery, the product has in no way been "dropped." As the site states, commercial sales of CFMX 6.1 are scheduled to end on June 14, 2007. If you need to purchase additional licenses, please plan on doing so prior to that date. The product is still supported by Adobe, though; watch for a support policy statement on Adobe.com shortly.
