Changes to a file in the WEB-INF folder - I'm assuming it was the jrun-web.xml 
file - can easily cause problems like this.  I'd recommend restoring that file 
to a version you had yesterday and DIFFing any changes that have been made 
since.

Check the virtual-mapping > system-path value in jrun-web.xml and make sure 
it's pointing to the correct directory.  Also look like the web.xml file and 
make sure that all references to cf.class.path and cf.lib.path have the correct 
path values.
