Can someone please explain to me what is gained by doing something like
this:
<cfset setEncoding("form","utf-8")>
<cfset setEncoding("url","utf-8")>
I've never concerned myself with character sets, and everything seems to
be okay for me. Are there any risks to *not* doing this?
