We're upgrading from CF 5 to CFMX 7 on a new server. The process has gone well with the exception of a custom tag that is being employed outside of the Custom Tag directory on CFMX 7. The administrator recognizes E:/CFusion/Custom Tags and the custom tags in that directory but a custom tag that resides outside of the directory does not seem to be operating correctly.
