Nothing. It's a straight insert. It *has* to be something related to the two different server locations, but I'll be darned if I can figure it out. For now, I'm just going to have to use DateAdd to all entered dates. What I'm worried about though, is I bet there'll be one particular time of day where it *doesn't* transpose the dates (exactly 2 minutes and 15 seconds after midnight or something stupid...) and they still get screwed up.
