You'll get a "certification package" from Adobe's outsourced
contractor - eventually (in my case it took nearly a year). This
package of award gifts contained in my case - a paper certificate, and
a CD containing a single PNG of a logo.

To tell the truth, I'm not sure what I had expected, but I had
expected a bit more than that.

Anyway I was pleased i can add "Adobe Certified Advanced ColdFusion
Developer" to my sig line, and now, so can you.

Congratulations.

WIth some time gone now since my own certification, I clook back and
seee that the biggest benefit of doing the certification was actually
the prior study, rather than anything that came after it. In the
course of studying for the exam, I had to delve into lots of areas of
ColdFusion i'd never had occasion to go before. As a result my
knowledge of the product was a LOT more comprehensive than it would
have been otherwise.
