Try logging in as the same user the Coldfusion process runs as. Often
times I see issues with the CFEXECUTE permissions, because its trying to
run as localSystem, which doesn't have many rights to anything ;)

Subject: cfmx scheduler and cfexecute issue

ok...i'm hoping someone can shed some light on this issue. i have a
task scheduled to run once every morning. it is quite simple, a sql
query, writes a text file, and then kicks off a perl script. i have
outputfile set in the cfexecute tag and the file gets generated, but its
empty. there are no errors in any of the cfmx log files. there are no
error messages in /var/adm/messages (this is a solaris 9 box).

what reasons are there why this task works when i run it manually, but
not when the cf scheduler runs it?

i hope this is enough info.
