Actually, 32bit CF can indeed use 64bit IIS on 64bit Windows, but there is a
configuration change you need to  make to allow 64bit IIS to run 32bit apps.

We have a couple of Railo installations on 64bit Linux Ubuntu. Except 
for the unsupported ODBC drivers with windows 64bit we had no issues 
with Railo so far...
