If anyone is having trouble coonecting to a (SQL 2000) datasource (as I was) and getting this error:
[Microsoft][SQLServer 2000 Driver for JDBC][SQLServer]Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection I found the solution: The problem is Windows XP SP2.
