Thanks much Bruce, Brian, Charlie, After some tweaking w/everyone's suggestions, I now get this error:
Connection verification failed for data source: pc_inventory java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Login failed for user 'administrators'. The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Login failed for user 'administrators'. I checked all settings and user id/pswds. Going through Windows Authentication is OK via SQL. The port is 1433 and I tried the port I found in SQL Express. I'm running CF and SQL Express on the same box w/Windows 2003 Server. Anything I'm missing?
