Hi Robert,

Could you please tell us how you solved the linking to your CSS files. I am 
experiencing this exact issue over SSL on CF8, with images and CSS files in my 
PDfs.

For your charts you can compile them as a temporary GIF/JPG, then link the 
GIF/JPG your PDF.
