your guess was right.

after I put my own ip address into the hosts file.. it works again. 

I believe you must be busy... but still spend your time helping me. 
I really thank you and appreciate your help. and also gratefull for this forum.

One thing... Not a big problem.. but bothering me. 
eventhough I put directory="D:\websites\ilovesmartcom\html\temporaryfile\"
but... the cached file always stored in D:\websites\ilovesmartcom\html\

Mapping=D:\websites\ilovesmartcom\html\CFC2B.tmp
SourceTimeStamp=08/25/2007 04:08:30 PM
it just won't stored in any directory under html
Any opinion ?
