Jochem, You are right, but I was setting the timeout for periods up to 20minutes, and the process was crashing.
I seem to have found a temporary fix to this problem by running the <cfexecute> twice? Odd as it sounds, it does the trick. If you could think of a less shoddy fix to this problem or perhaps a reason as to why this problem is happening I would greatly appreciate it.
