I can think of several different ways to handle this. 1) Process .css files. Bad plan -- it eats resources processing what should be static files.
B) Put the static classes in one file, and the changing ones in css files that are dynamically linked. Three) Put the static classes in one file, and link to a second file that's a cfm page.
