Yes, this is a Win 2003 server, so Remote Desktop sounds like the way to go.

Having the third party control panels installed don't save you anytime.
Plesk looked cool on paper, then we started using it on a server. What a
pain in the ass. Main issue is needing separate login accounts for every
site you put on the box. you can't share accounts across multiple domains
from what I've been able to see.

If this is a windows 2003 box, just get in through Remote Desktop and do it
yourself.
