Can anyone recommend any CF based open source trouble ticket or issue tracking software? I know that there are tons of php out there which you can recommend but because of the restrictions I don't know that I can run it on this non-profits server. They have CF installed and Sharepoint but sharepoint can't be configured to do what we need it to do (submit trouble tickets via email submission). Thanks
