Naming the files identically was a mistake from the start. I copied the application to duplicate it for another app and I just forgot to change the name. So, this shouldn't actually cause any problems, assuming I don't make the same mistake again. I wonder if I'd have had the same problem if the custom tags were in a directory under the webroot, anybody know the answer to that? What if I had two custom tags, each named custom_tag.cfm in a customtags folder under two separate webroots, would the same thing happen? Surely not, right?
