You are a bit off. The RSSLINK column in your query should be a full url, not a partial URL.
So you need to modify your query so that you have a column with the full link, and then pass it to CFFEED. Don't feel too bad - it's not like you could have the CFFEED chapter in the Developer's Guide. ;) You should search my blog too - I've written about a number of CFFEED "issues" folks should be aware of.
