No, Standard CF doesn't get that tool (which is why I hate promoting it). What you could do it revoke your standard install to a CF Developer, do the car export dance and then import the car and then put in your serial for standard. Anyway, I'm sure someone else on the list has a better idea of which files to grab for you.
I just make it a habit of not using my serial key until I've done doing all my DSN importing.
