I have a template that generates a detailed information for my clients that want the information emailed to them. not a big problem until we got into them wanting to modify the document sent to them and return it for processing. i am not locked into using cfdocument or even pdf format. in fact i was looking at excel format first, but since i have more pdf format experience i thought it would be quicker - so far not the case. any guidance?
