Step 1: Check <coldfusionroot>\Mail\Spool for *.cfmail files. If there are files in the spool not being processed, then your mail spooler might not be running. Step 2: Check the following log file <coldfusionroot>\logs\mailsent.log and see if the E-mails are encountering errors or sending successfully.
