I didn't like the fact that it wasn't integrated, though there was a plugin you could buy that did it. I can't vouch for how well it worked (or not) as I never used it. I just bit the bullet and used tortoise in Windows Explorer...a bit of a pain in the butt, but more of an inconvenience than anything else.
