Not that I have ever had need to do this... but there are tools to remove passwords from PDF's via Brute Force, Key Search, Dictionary Attack...
- PDF Password Remover - Advanced PDF Password Recovery - GuaPDF - gsview - Brava Reader - pdffactory - or just print to a file and then create a new PDF.
