Yahoo doesn't have a "CF API". They have an API. You can hit the API with CF and you can find an example of this in the Search SDK.
If you are asking about access to Yahoo Groups, I'd check to see if it is one of the APIs available. I'd hit up developer.yahoo.com. From what I can see though, there is no API for that.
