I think i have the same question as Sknyppy (great band BTW!) :)

I need to update a NT server so i can use Access 2000 DB's. The NT server,
and CF server croak when i try to use Access 2000 so i assume the drivers
need updating.

Can i just install Access 2000 on the NT box, and that will update the
drivers? Will the server still run older Access DB's? Or will i have to
convert all the DB's over to 2000?
