Also one more thing to add. The CF logs for e-mail aren't going to tell you 
much. CF8 isn't a mail server, just a relay tool. As Coldfusion is concerned if 
it gets to your mail server its a successful send. Your mail server actually 
does the sending, so it can give you better error logs. If CF throws a fail 
send in its logs there are two possibilities

95% of the time, you are having problems connecting to your mail server.
5% of the time, an e-mail address isn't in valid format.

Outside of these two things, its really the mail servers job to police the 
success of a send, as it recieives the error messages from the outbound server.
