Ok...I gave this one a try too and the same results.

   name="e:\Perl\bin\perl.exe" 
   arguments="d:\intranet_apps\pesticide_use_report\loader\loader.pl #year#"

   errorvariable="foobar"/>

The annoying part of this is that I am NOT getting any results OR errors, just 
nothing.
