Thanks for the link, I'm reading now and the first thing I do see is a price tag much more in line with our shoe string budget. Do you know off the top of your head if this is just an GIS editor of somekind or does it support exporting GIS data for web consumption either with existing map API's and user interfaces or it own? I.E.
