I am sure its not easy getting,because I have struggled myself while installing it. The only thing I can think of is the type of Eclipse being installed and am sure not sure which one you are using but one of the following should work 1)"Eclipse for RCP/Plug-in Developers (175 MB)" OR 2)"Eclipse Classic 3.4.1 (151 MB)"
