Can anyone answer this quicker than Adobe??

We have ColdFusion 7 Enterprise version & ColdFusion 8 Developer version
installed and the both are running side by side on our Windows Exchange
Server 2003. The ColdFusion 8 Developer version was installed as a
multiserver.

Now I just bought the full version of ColdFusion 8 Standard (windows)
and would like to make it the only one running on the server. I was told
by Adobe that if we want to change the ColdFusion 8 Developer version
which was installed as a multiserver to single server with the new
license number of the new ColdFusion 8 Standard we have to uninstall the
ColdFusion servers on the Windows server first and then re-install the
ColdFusion 8 Standard.

If so how can we keep all the Coldfusion administrator's settings we
have had with Coldfusion 8 Developer version? Can we simply stop or
uninstall ColdFusion 7 Enterprise and just modify the CF License Number
from Developer to the new one for CF 8 Standard and then reconfigure the
Internet Information Server (IIS) through Web Server Configuration Tool
to configure all the sites to run on the new CF 8 Standard? Right now
all the sites are running on CF7 Enterprise as the default, except for
those that are manually setup to run on CF8 Developer..
