It could be that the CFX you are using were compiled in 16-bit, which we have found to be problematic on 64-bit Citrix. Not sure that CF8 64-bit would have the same issue, but it wouldn't be out of the question. In other words, we have found that 32-bit apps run fine on 64-bit, but 64-bit just can't handle older 16-bit apps at all.
