If you have MSSQL server installed on the C drive the log files get pretty big. Even under light use the SQL server on my dev box has racked up over 100 megs in log files.
I would also look and see if Disk Cleanup can buy you some space: >>Accessories >>System Tools >> disk cleanup. You can also look at having Windows compress old log files (if you need to keep them) .
