Andy: This problem has been going for at least several weeks so it doesn't appear as if it's going to fix itself. Another problem is that they apparently haven't had the need to upload something for a (long) while so we don't have any good sense of when the uploads stopped working. We just know that it worked in December of 2007, the last time (according to the file's date stamp) that a file was uploaded. So it could have "broken" anytime in the last year-and-a-half.
