Unfortunately, FusionReactor runs in conjunction with the jrun process, so when ColdFusion locks up, FusionReactor is not accessible. Memory and hard drive use appear normal whenever the lockups occur. We've enabled request logging in FusionReactor so it writes the start and end of requests to a file so we will have something more to reference the next time it happens.
