I have been trying to run some code (testing Windows 7) and up until now
everything has been
working well. However, "now" means the time when I'm attempting to run
cffile operations.

I can't seem to figure out how to set up CF 8 or Win 7, etc., to allow to
delete a file (which is the
current operation I'm stuck on).

I've tried:

- running CF 8 under a local system account
- running CF 8 under my user account (which is how I have XP set up on
another workstation and it works fine)
- making sure files aren't "read-only" after they're uploaded (uploading
works fine...)
- tried to make sure file operations were not still in operation by using
sleep() before the next operation
(read about that solution on the 'net)

Anyone testing CF 8 on Win 7 and having (or had) similar issues?

Solutions? Possibilities?

Thanks,

Rick

PS - I'm using Gmail and I hate how it doesn't return my original post to my
email.
I'm never sure that it gets through...
