I finally got the old JRun4 uninstalled so I could try installing CF8.0.1 64bit on my Windows Vista 64bit laptop.
When the installer launched http://localhost/cfide/administrator/ to finish the configuration I got this error from IIS 7 Error Summary HTTP Error 500.21 - Internal Server Error Handler "AboMapperCustom-59342" has a bad module "IsapiModule" in its module list ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
