I am working on a file upload app for my users and would like some suggestions as to the easiest most efficient way to allow only web friendly alphanumeric, replace spaces with underscore filenames so they can use the filename to possible get some search engine benefits when entering what they want their uploaded file to be named.
Boy that was a mouthful, but I think I listed my needs. Any HELP would be greatly appreciated.
