I've seen this error before...
Here are my observations:
1. it occurs more often whne the system has a usage spike.
2. it occurs when making a connection to sql70 db
3. only occurs in windows2k
4. all service packs for both CF and windows have been installled.
5. the latest mdac (2.6 i beleive) has also been installed.
If anyone has any ideas as to what this refers, please post immediately!
