I've just been told by my ISP that CF8 doesn't support Microsoft Access on a 64 bit server, and seeing as they are implementing it on a 64 bit server, I'm in trouble.
Don't get me wrong--I understand that Access isn't strategic and I will be moving away from it, but I have an app that gets an Access mdb and must process it and I really need to move up to CF8 to start adding Ajax features. Is it true? And if yes, is there anything I can do? Are there technical alternatives to allow me to use Access from a 64 bit CF8 system?
