Robert, This type of problem tends to be on a per-user level. Some are slow, some are really slow and some get their mail 5 seconds before they send it. :)
Are you using a passthrough or alias? I checked the logs for the last 5 days and there isn't any record with your address or even the domain austin-williams.com. With some more information, I can get to the root of your mail delay problem.
