When thread management gets out of control, CF can cause any web server
process to hang. Just because (in this case) Inetinfo hangs doesn't mean CF
can be excluded as a cause. I'm not saying it's the problem (since I know
nothing about it) but I've certainly seen CF cause my web server to hang in
the past for different reasons.

So if you've pinned it down to Inetinfo why are you blaming it on something
else? Just curious what your logic is.
