John, I was one of the technical editors of the book. If people are curious it was almost completely rewritten and additional chapters were added on things like unit testing (MXUnit) and ORM.
I'm happy to see CF books selling well enough that their number is increasing ;<). I just bought the CF Anthology and it's a great read too.
