Can you please do these steps to know the cause of the issue so that I can
help accordingly.
1.Launch ColdFusion Builder. In the Help Menu click on Adobe ColdFusion
Builder Registartion... .If it opens the registration window then it is NOT
licensing issue.

Probably you would have run the updater but didn't start CFB with -clean
option.

If you have run the updater please start the CFB from command prompt with
-clean option ( >CFBuilder.app/MacOS/Contents/CFBuilder -clean - There are
typos here you can see for the actual names on Mac. )
If you are on Windows >CFBuilder -clean.If you are using the eclipse use the
paths accordingly.

2.When you click on Help>Adobe ColdFusion Builder Registartion... if it
throws a message like 'this operation is not supported....' means there may
be license issue. If this is the case please send me the /tmp/amt.log file.

Thanks,
Krishna
