Thanks Mike & Dave: I haven't called COMODO on it just yet, but all their forums on this discussion set by other's having the same or similar problems with the program have come back with "restore from backup" or "there's no revert back after wiping files"
The program seems to work very well! ha! Just a little un-user friendly for newbies using the service. It also points out that I should have read a little more about this program before using it.
