It seems that "127.0.0.1" or "localhost" is just totally unresponsive... but everything seems to be set up correctly.

My webroot is on a different drive than c:, so I use virtual directories under the default web site to access CF Admin. It's been this way for awhile and has worked until now... I need to use localhost. http://localhost/CFIDE/administrator/index.cfm in IIS my default website is localhost on *80 path is %SystemPath%\initpub\wwwroot hosts file is 127.0.0.1 localhost wwwroot has CFIDE directory in it.
