Sounds like maybe you have 2 jvm paths specified... should only be one....
your slashes are weird as well...

C:\\blahb\\blah\\jvm.dll or C:/blah/blah/jvm.dll ... but not
C:/blah\blah\jvm.dl... see what I mean?

Well, admin-out.log is the log file for the JRun Admin server, not the
CF server (cfusion-out.log). And you shouldn't see any of these
servers trying to load two JVM.DLL files, only one.
