Wil and Robert, Thank you very much. It is a time zone issue although I didn't know what caused it. Someone posted a solution on web, and it worked. I changed the time zone to other time zone, restarted the server, reset the time zone to the correct one, restarted the server again, then it worked. It looks like restarting caused CF to recognize the server internal clock. Those who are more knowledgeable in CF can explain it better than I.
